Aave

We shared our monthly update with the Aave forum last week. In the month of January, we deployed and executed 3 on-chain proposals:

• AIP-144: Ethereum V2 Collector Contract Consolidation. This proposal consolidated a number of long-tail assets that have accumulated in the Ethereum V2 Collector Contract into USDC. This proposal is the first of several intended to consolidate the various Collector Contracts and Treasury holdings.

• AIP-145: Renew Aave Grants DAO. Llama wrote the payload for renewing Aave Grants DAO with $3.25m for the next two quarters (Q1 and Q2 2023) to fund more projects that benefit AAVE.

• AIP-146: Repay Excess CRV Debt on Ethereum V2. This AIP procured CRV with aUSDC from the Collector Contract for the purpose of repaying the excess debt in the CRV Reserve on the Ethereum V2 liquidity pool. After execution, Aave’s bad debt was cleared ahead of the launch of V3 on Ethereum.

We also shared several ARFCs on Aave’s forum:

• CRV Interest Rate Upgrade

• wETH & wstETH Interest Rate Curve Updates

• LDO `Emission_Admin` role for Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Optimism V3 Liquidity Pools

Meanwhile, we progressed several proposals through the development process.
