1. Updates from Llama 🦙
Aave
Our proposal to add wstETH to Aave V3 on Arbitrum is now live! Voting ends in 2 days.
In the past two weeks, we’ve also proposed and executed 2 other on-chain proposals:
LDO - Reward Controller Access Request, which enables Lido to distribute LDO rewards across the Aave v3 Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism Liquidity Pools. Related to this proposal, we have also proposed giving Lido the `Emission_Admin` role for OP so they can distribute OP tokens on the Optimism deployment of Aave.
Ethereum V2 - wETH Interest Rate Curve Upgrade, which aligned wETH interest rate parameters across V2 and V3 deployments.
We kickstarted a discussion about how to deploy Aave’s CRV and aCRV, recommending that the DAO use these assets to obtain veCRV, which could be used to bootstrap adoption of GHO, yield on staked aToken reserves, and yield on Protocol Owned Liquidity.
We also began two discussions on the forum related to Aave’s Safety Module. The first proposes extending the Safety Module’s coverage to Polygon V3. The second is a broader, initial discussion about improvements that can be made to the existing Safety Module. We look forward to the community’s feedback.
Llama published January 2022 financials for Aave. Revenue was up 32% MoM, and total treasury holdings stood at $152m.
Finally, we proposed listing 4 assets on Aave Ethereum V3, all of which are currently listed on Aave V2 Ethereum:

Meet Base - Coinbase
Coinbased announced Base, an Ethereum L2 run with the OP stack, with the goal of onboarding 1B+ users into the cryptoeconomy. Base’s testnet is now live for developers to begin building.
Tally API Launch
Tally makes it easy to operate DAOs through Governor contracts with a UI that enables proposal creation and easy voting. Now, its API allows third party builders to leverage data from Governor contracts to build even more DAO tooling.
