Aave
We recently shared our June 2023 financial report. Aave treasury holdings at month end totaled $122.9m (with 68% of the treasury in AAVE).
Aave had $1.2m in revenue in June. Deposits totaled $8.5b.
Last Monday, we progressed our StrategicAssetManager from [TEMP CHECK] to ARFC on Aave’s forum. The StrategicAssetManager is a contract for Aave DAO's strategic assets which allows Aave to manage its strategic assets while minimizing the need for full-DAO votes. At launch, the StrategicAssetManager will manage the DAO’s veBAL holdings.
We also shared the Analysis of B-80BAL-20WETH Acquisition, which involved executing AIP-267 to convert Aave's aBAL, aEthBal, BAL holdings, along with wETH, to B-80BAL-20WETH. The analysis highlights the benefits of using CoW Swap to protect the DAO from MEV exploits and minimize slippage, resulting in Aave receiving an additional 1,918.72 units of B-80BAL-20WETH compared to a direct deposit.
